Role Overview: We seek an enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to support students, particularly those with special educational needs and low academic abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-on-one support to students with ASD and SEMH needs.
  • Assist small groups with tailored academic support.
  • Communicate daily with parents about their child’s progress.
  • Accompany students to the Inclusive Hub and report back to teachers.
  • Collaborate with staff to create an inclusive classroom environment.

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualifications in education or a related field.
  • Experience with special educational needs (SEN) is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patience, empathy, and a passion for supporting children’s learning.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
