Drama Graduate Chester – Unqualified Teaching Assistant

Are you a recent Drama graduate looking to break into education?

We are looking for a passionate, motivated, and dedicated Drama graduate to join our dynamic secondary school team as an Unqualified Teaching Assistant. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has recently graduated (within the last 3 years) and is eager to develop their skills in a supportive educational environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • 1:1 Support: Provide tailored support to students on a 1-2-1 basis, helping them with their learning and development, particularly within Drama and related subjects.

  • Classroom Assistance: Assist teachers during lessons, providing help with group activities and ensuring students are engaged and supported in their learning.

  • Drama Focus: Share your enthusiasm for Drama with students, helping to bring creative and theatrical concepts to life in the classroom.

  • Flexible Days: Work with flexibility to accommodate school needs, providing support during various lessons and activities throughout the week.

Who Are We Looking For?

  • A Drama graduate who has completed their degree within the last 3 years.

  • Someone with a passion for education and a desire to help students achieve their full potential.

  • A team player who is adaptable and enjoys working with young people.

  • No previous teaching experience is required – we’re looking for enthusiasm, commitment, and the drive to make a difference.

  • Experience working with young people (e.g., tutoring, mentoring, or drama workshops) is a bonus, but not essential.
